How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets in two ways:

Online through www.taquillalocal.com using your credit card, debit card, or PSE

At our authorized physical point of sale locations

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

Debit cards (PSE)

Cash (at Baloto or Efecty points)

Cash and all cards at physical point of sale locations

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?

Ticket limits vary by event and are set by the event organizer. The limit will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Ticket Delivery

How do I receive my tickets?

Depending on your purchase method:

Online purchase: You'll receive your tickets via email

Physical point of sale purchase: You'll receive your tickets immediately

Home delivery: Available for an additional fee

What should I do if I haven't received my email tickets?

Check your spam/junk folder

Verify that you provided the correct email address

Cancellations and Refunds

Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 5 business days of the purchase date, provided the event hasn't taken place.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled:

The refund process will be published on our website and social media

You'll have 8 business days to request your refund

Service charges and delivery fees are non-refundable

How do I know my purchase is secure?

We use advanced encryption technology

We work with certified payment gateways

All payments are processed by Mercado Pago

How do I protect my account?

Use unique and secure passwords

Never share your credentials

What should I do if there's an error during purchase?

Note the error code if one appears
